Shipping and Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 1-3 working days after receiving confirmation of payment this does not include weekends or public holidays.
For all international orders POPI offers STANDARD shipping services. Cost of STANDARD shipping services is depending on your shipping address ( 2-3 weeks delivery time, depending on the country). Please note that international customers are liable for all import duties and customs fees that may be charged by your country. Our shipping policy is based on a per-piece charge as we are a small local company using other external companies to deliver our products and not contracted to any bulk discounts.
Some countries are eligible for EMS (express mail services) for additional charge. To confirm that your country is eligible for EMS please email us at email@example.com. When using EMS POPI provides customers with a package tracking number for secure package delivery.
POPI is not responsible and does not provide refunds for any issues with delivery which were not reported within 2 weeks from date of shipment.Please add your phone number with your shipping address for more efficient order delivery. (Your local post office may need to contact you in case of incomplete address.
Returns & Refunds
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately upon receiving your delivery.
Item must be returned in its original condition, unused and with all labels still attached. Please make sure you choose your item carefully as all shipping charges are non-refundable and we advise you to send your returned item with protected packaging, as goods damaged in return shipping will not be refunded. Once the item is delivered back to POPI we can issue a refund of the purchase amount.
Please let us know the reason for returning your item and we will do our best to find you a better match.
Please note we do not issue any refunds on sale items.
All exchanges are at buyer’s cost.
We make sure that all items are thoroughly checked prior to being sent, however we will replace any item that arrives damaged provided you notify us of the item’s condition within 24 hours of receiving the order. We ask you to send an image of the damaged item to email@example.com as proof that the item you received is damaged.
Once the damage is confirmed and item is delivered back to POPI we can refund the cost of the item or issue a replacement of the item at your request. If we can see that the item has been used or damaged by the customer we can not issue a refund.
